Meet The People Creating Your Experience
Chef Brett Corrieri has decades of experience designing culinary experiences and has founded and operated multiple successful restaurants. He loves taking food from hoof to plate and creating meals that connect the finished dish to the farmers, animals, land, and work behind it.
Nicole Sauce is the founder of Holler Homestead and has spent 19 years growing, preserving, fermenting, sourcing, and preparing food while building stronger connections between local producers and the people who want to support them. Her work through Holler Homestead, Living Free in Tennessee, and Holler Roast Coffee is rooted in practical skills, local relationships, and making the abundance around us easier to find and enjoy.
Kerry Brown is a homesteader, land consultant, and founder of Strong Roots Resources. His work focuses on helping people understand their land and develop productive, resilient systems. His experience includes edible and medicinal plants, wildlife habitat, composting, water systems, and regenerative land management.
