DESCRIPTION:Hey Friends! \nOur next open house at Bluebird Hill is set for Sunday\, December 1st from noon until 4:00 pm. \nCome on out to tour the homestead\, ask questions and have the opportunity to network with folks who share your interests. Folks are always welcome to bring items to barter. We will have food and drinks available as well as plenty of seating and a campfire if conditions allow. \nGeneral agenda: Noon until 2 pm will be the property walk / tour where we’ll show the no till gardens\, our rotational grazing system\, the chicken and rabbit set up as well as the solar power system\, food forest and some earthworks.  From 2:00 until 4:00 folks can enjoy refreshments and conversation and Q&A with your hosts. You may also drop in and head out as you prefer\, but a general agenda helps me keep things on schedule. \nWe appreciate a $10 donation or a cool barter item: plants\, seeds\, homemade goods\, etc. \nWe’re located at 9528 Middlebrook Pike\, Knoxville TN\, 37931.\nDirections: from Middlebrook Pike\, you’ll be looking for the first driveway east of Countryside Center Way. If you’re driving west\, you’ll need to pull a U-turn in front the shopping center (look for the Domino’s) The driveway is marked 9530\, that’s your turn. At the red gate\, press any key on the keypad then take an immediate LEFT up the gravel drive. DESCRIPTION:This December 14th from 10am to 2pm the Building Community Resilience group is holding a special WINTER MARKET where we will barter and sell handmade\, homegrown\, homemade goods. This event is open to the public! Come ready to shop and eat. This is an indoor/outdoor event\, so dress accordingly. \nAdmission is completely FREE. We will have food vendors\, door prizes every hour on the hour\, and dancing with Kingdom Country Dance Company. \nWe are still on the hunt for VENDORS!
