Join us for a hands-on meetup at the Holler Homestead featuring Adam Hoff from Hoff Grid Meat Company!

Come on out Sunday, August 31, at 1 pm for a potluck at the new Basecamp Lodge—this is the first time we’re indoors in the cooled classroom and out by the fence, perfect for chatting with friends, digging into good food, and learning something useful.

Adam Hoff runs Hoff Grid Meat Company, raising grass-fed, pasture-finished beef and pork right here in Tennessee. He’s as comfortable talking solar health as he is talking sausage, and he’s built his farm around regenerative practices that keep the land and animals thriving. This time, Adam’s showing us how to power your electric fence with solar, very practical if you’re keeping critters, building a boundary, or just dreaming of off-grid efficiency.
