Through hands-on practice, you’ll build your ability to manage everyday challenges and emergencies.

Processing: Backwoods Butcher will show you humane ways to dispatch, skin, and gut a rabbit.
Off Grid Cooking: Nicole Sauce will teach you how to prepare and cook the rabbit without electricity or a gas camp stove.
