Background
We are raising about 40 birds for meat, and so many people have asked about how to process poultry that we decided to offer a class.
The course is outside, rain or shine, but don’t worry: we have a tent and some covered areas.
There’s great food for lunch (not chicken)
We serve Holler Roast all day long!
This is a great way to get to know fellow homesteaders with shared interests.
