Join the LFTN Community at Nicole Sauce’s homestead, The Holler Homestead, for three days of learning, fellowship, and homegrown food.

This year, we will focus on growing your food regeneratively, growing yourself regeneratively, and growing your business regeneratively. We will also cover strategies for growing your online presence, getting your financial ducks in a row, food independence, and so much more.

Your three-day adventure includes food grown at the Holler Homestead or sourced from the LFTN community (as much as possible). Why have a weekend dedicated to homesteading, real food, off-grid living, and personal growth but feed people commercial crap? We will not do this!

As always there will be the barter blanket; side meetings with old and new friends and experts; swag to purchase; late-night fire side chats; karaoke and really too much to list all in one place.

We’ll meet in a heated and cooled basement classroom and work on the projects outside, in the fresh air. There will sometimes be concurrent sessions, which will present you with decisions about where to devote your time. This year we will CONNECT with each other and CREATE pathways to communicate, trade, and refine our underground network.

In short, this still ain’t your Daddy’s homesteading workshop! It is so much more.

Wednesday

Arrivals and set up/hang out.

  • Dinner is brats and/or burgers and chips. Burgers are made from our grass fed beef.

Thursday

  • Breakfast: Either a bagel bar, or Scrambled eggs, English Muffins, and hollandaise
  • Lunch: Chili bar (3 kinds!), sides
  • Dinner: Schnitzel, Chicken Quarters, sides

Friday

  • Breakfast: Bacon, eggs, potatoes
  • Lunch: Tamales, pulled chicken tacoes
  • Dinner: Carnivore Scotch Eggs, Salisbury Steak (Non red meat option for Alpha Gal participants)

Saturday

  • Breakfast: beef breakfast sausage, eggs, potatoes
  • Lunch: Chicken watercress soup and sandwiches (or salad wraps)
  • Dinner: Leg of lamb, Tuscan chicken

This workshop is not appropriate for children under 14 unless they are used to being on a homestead with sharp things, stinging things, and animals. The property is not designed for the safety of small children unless they are constantly supervised.

Alcoholic beverages will be consumed at this event, probably some foul language and so forth, so make sure you are comfortable with your teen being around this group if you choose to bring them.

Last time we allowed children at an event, they broke some really expensive stuff, including my coffee roaster by pouring water into the electronics and then yelled at my baby chickens until one had a heart attack and died. I’m fairly traumatized over that.
