This one comes with a video!

Ingredients:

1 lb sausage

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 of an onion, diced

1 jalapeno, diced

1/4 of a bell pepper, diced

1 8 0z package of cream cheese (or make your own)

 

Flatten sausage to 1/3 of an inch or so  and cut out a 6 inch circle, Use the rest of the meat tpo pack into a 6 inch cast iron skillet as the “crust”.

Mix the herbs, spices and diced things into the cream cheese and fill the “pie”

Top it with your 6 inch circle.

Bake at 350 until it is done. Like an hour or so.
