Nicole – I need to check out your coffee for my wife’s clients holiday gifts. very good podcast. I listened (in fact I started as I walked out the door and it ended as I walked back in – I am not as efficient as your 18 minutes :))while I dealt with chickens, puled some weeds, turned my compost piles , checked all my gardens and gave one of my potato and sweet potato beds their last fertilizing of the year (these were planted end of June and hoping to have really good crop by time first frost hits Lebanon). You 3 covered a lot of ground I found useful as a first year out in the country do not know what I do not know guy. So much to do before SHTF food, protection, animals, communication, community, supplies…. training and costs to have what we need to keep what we are doing going. Thanks Rick
